Spraying
Control point: The first piece confirmation is consistent with the customer sample or drawing confirmation. The board surface should be uniform, without any impurities, orange peel, pockmarks, pinholes, wrinkles, peeling, bubbling, peeling, or warping. There should be no paint stacking, flowing, leaking bottom, leaking spray, or black edges. The surface should be smooth, without damage, scratches, or abrasions



Inspection, repair, polishing
After spraying or painting, inspect the product for paint peeling or orange peel, repair and polish the product, and then spray it again



Inspection and packaging
Control point: The surface of the product should be free of scratches, bumps, stains, cracks, and gun nail leakage



Finished product sampling and warehousing
Control point: Check whether the quantity of the order matches the order quantity and the style of the goods. Check whether the box label and color label are consistent with the product. Compare the material, style, color, and surface treatment with the signed sample to ensure consistency.
Measure whether the dimensions meet the tolerance requirements. Moisture and humidity tester: not allowed to exceed 12 degrees Celsius, with no less than 3 testing points. Accessories are not allowed to be missing or incomplete. Consistent with customer order requirements. Check whether the opening and closing of the assembly connection are smooth and not stuck, and do not allow the screws to not be locked tightly, resulting in cracking on the back plate after locking the screws.
